Yeah Blog! Well it's my last day of work at 50 plates and I'm counting down the hours till i'm out of here. Tomorow starts a new chapter and another bar. This one will call BRANCH as in branch water. We are going to feature a lot of whisky's and bourbons my friend Larry Tavernetti is going to be manning the kitchen. It's not the most ideal time frame, we are going to do a quick turn around of the current place, and try and get the doors open in a few short weeks.
I'm planning on using this blog space to doccument the ongoings, trials and tribulations of opening up a bar.
